Application & Installation
Where it is used
The street light arm is the cantilevered steel arm that mounts a luminaire away from the utility pole. Available in straight, single-curved (S-curve) and double-curved profiles with standard NEMA mounting at the luminaire end.
Installation steps
- Mark the desired mounting position on the structure.
- Secure the fitting with hot-dip galvanized through bolts or pole band.
- Verify clearance from adjacent conductors and hardware.
- Torque all fasteners to the utility specification.
- Inspect the assembly before energizing the line.

Material & Coating
Manufactured from carbon steel (Q235 / A36) and hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A153 / ISO 1461 with 80−100 μm zinc coating. Suitable for 25 + years of outdoor service in coastal and inland environments.
Quality Control
Each batch is dimensionally checked and load-tested before galvanizing. SGS and BV third-party reports are available on request — full mill certificates ship with every order.
